We are pleased to say that a member from the Information Sharing Team will be attending Family Voice local area meetings to tell us how we as families can access integrated services and information through the common assessment framework. 

 

Funding has been made available to help local authorities set up a service directory providing comprehensive information on local providers etc which aims to enable all children to access the services they need to ensure they are safe, happy, healthy, loved, valued and respected; and to have high aspirations for their future. We need to ensure that this includes services for our children.

 

What should be the Family Service Directory?  Who has helped you?  Which are the local services that really welcome our children?  Come along and hear the experiences of other parents and share yours.

Family Voice (Norfolk) is an independent organisation and takes the initiative where our members see potential for change and have a vision for how things could be better.  At present we have a steering group and two committees.  We are setting up local satellite groups around Norfolk to provide opportunities so more voices can be heard by sharing views and information.

 

Travel expenses to attend the meetings will be reimbursed

at 40p per mile for parents and carers.
